Neuroreflexive pathways through hands/feet Primary tool: Point stimulation and zone therapy.
Su Jok Therapy - Neuroreflexive Method Through Hands and Feet
What is Su Jok?
Su Jok is a method of stimulating zones and points on the hands and feet that are functionally connected to organs and systems of the body.
Modern physiological explanation:
- Hands and feet have extremely high receptor density
- They have large cortical representation (the brain intensely "feels" them)
- Stimulation of specific zones triggers reflexive reactions
- Through nerve pathways, this affects tone, blood flow, sensitivity, and spasms
- The body receives signals for self-regulation and restoration
How it works: Point → Nervous System → Body Response
Point stimulation (hand/foot) → nerve signal → regulation centers → organ/muscle/vascular system response
This is not belief or suggestion—it's action through the nervous system's sensory signals.
Why hands and feet are so effective:
Hands and feet are like a "control panel" because:
- High density of nerve endings
- Large cortical brain representation
- Stimulation in these areas often leads to rapid regulatory effects
Point Stimulation (massage/pressure) Suitable for:
- Pain, spasms, muscle tension
- Functional symptoms
- Stress-related tension
Seed Therapy Seeds provide gentle, prolonged point stimulation (typically several hours). Used as a "session continuation" between treatments.
Magnetic Modulation Magnet = directional control (not "energy")
- Polarity (+/−) chosen based on task (tonifying or calming)
- Important: magnet and color are different axes of influence
Color Application Color = quality of influence (activation/inhibition), used for fine-tuning.
Important: This doesn't replace diagnosis but supports regulation.
